Exchange Detroit is a high-rise residential development located just outside Detroit's historic Eastern Market district. I worked alongside the development team from the earliest stages of the project, helping establish its marketing presence and develop the creative materials needed to introduce the property to prospective buyers before construction was even underway.
The initial engagement included launch materials, presentations for city and development stakeholders, early press materials, and the design and development of the project's first marketing website. A major feature of the digital experience was an immersive 3D visualization of the proposed building and its surroundings, allowing visitors to explore the development through an interactive aerial view of downtown Detroit. This was developed in collaboration with a specialized 3D production partner and served as the centerpiece of the website's launch experience.
Beyond the visual presentation, the website included a comprehensive, searchable inventory of available residences. Prospective buyers could explore individual units, compare floor plans, review amenities, and filter available apartments based on specific features and requirements. The result was a digital sales platform that combined architectural visualization, property marketing, and interactive inventory management into a single experience.
The initial launch helped establish a strong market presence for the development while construction was still underway, giving prospective buyers an opportunity to explore and purchase residences ahead of completion. The project ultimately moved forward into construction and delivered a significant new residential addition to the Eastern Market area, with plans for additional ground-floor retail and commercial spaces.
