Creative Windows is an Ann Arbor, Michigan-based commercial window and window treatment company specializing in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of architectural window systems and treatments. Working alongside an independent marketing and creative team, I led a comprehensive rebranding and marketing initiative designed to modernize the company's identity, strengthen its digital presence, and expand its reach within the commercial construction and architectural markets.
The project included a complete redesign of Creative Windows' corporate website, along with the development of a dedicated commercial website and a new brand identity for Creative Windows, establishing a distinct presence for its commercial division. Beyond the digital experience, the rebrand extended throughout the company's physical and sales environments, including showroom marketing materials, business cards, letterhead, email templates, sales presentations, product books, and other branded collateral.
Following the initial launch, our team continued working with Creative Windows over several years, managing ongoing pay-per-click advertising campaigns and supporting its broader digital marketing efforts. The commercial division's work included major projects and installations for organizations such as Detroit Metropolitan Airport, the University of Michigan, and Wayne State University, among numerous other institutional and commercial clients.
Through a combination of brand strategy, visual identity, web development, and ongoing digital advertising, the engagement helped position Creative Windows and Creative Windows as established, professional brands serving a competitive commercial market.
